adequate stay
friendly staff accessible shopping walkable location fluctuating rate damaged trousers poor recompense
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was near the rialto bridge, made shopping and restaurants accessible. the hotel accommodated a family of 4 adults, everything was walkable, including tours no more than 10 minutes away.
i booked directly with the hotel for 3 nights. the room rate fluctuated from day to day, differing from the quoted rate. i ripped my trousers on a nail that was sticking out of a flower pot and the receptionist asked if i would like a sewing kit!

spacious suite quiet courtyard fresh fruit restaurant suggestion
The hotel upgraded my room to a spacious suite. The room overlooked a quiet courtyard. Breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. The staff provided excellent suggestions for local restaurants.
The gym equipment looked quite basic.

The bathroom featured hot water with strong pressure, and it was as beautiful as the bedroom. The beds included luxurious pillows,. Lots of closet space was available.
